Champion Board 1 vs Champion Board 2

Last verified:

Option A

Champion Board 1

5,000 Chikara per roll · 23 champions · jackpot board

Option B

Champion Board 2

15,000 Chikara per roll · 9 champions · high floor

Endless has two Champion Boards, and they're built on opposite philosophies. Board 1 costs 5K Chikara and hides absurd jackpots behind a 23-champion pool: Saytamu Serious sits at 0.005%, Bright Yagimi at 0.03%, Itachu at 0.19%. Board 2 costs 15K and only holds 9 champions, but its floor is dramatically higher: a 40.37% Giovanni still auto-trains 60% Strength and 50% Durability. The question is whether you're paying for a lottery ticket or a guaranteed upgrade.

Pick Champion Board 1 when…

Roll Board 1 when your champion slots are empty or filled with single-stat trainers. At 5K per roll you get three rolls for every one Board 2 roll, and the pool's mid-rarity picks (Boras 0.68%, Igicho 0.56%, Remgonuk 0.42%) are genuine endgame champions. It's also the only place Saytamu Serious, Goju and Bright Yagimi exist at all, so jackpot chasers live here.

Pick Champion Board 2 when…

Roll Board 2 when you want a dependable upgrade now. Two rolls in three land Giovanni or Booh, both of which out-train everything common on Board 1 by a wide margin. If your roster is C-tier filler and you have 15K Chikara, one Board 2 roll almost always improves your lineup where three Board 1 rolls might return three Sunjis.

Our take

Board 2 for progress, Board 1 for the ceiling. The practical route most players take: a few early Board 1 rolls for warm bodies, switch to Board 2 once you can afford 15K rolls to lock in the Giovanni/Booh/Gen floor, then return to Board 1 late-game with a big Chikara surplus to hunt the 0.005% Saytamu Serious. Quest-reward champions (Kitiro, Minetu, Namo) beat gambling on either board if you haven't finished those lines.

FAQ

What are the actual drop rates on the Champion Boards?

Board 1's headline rates: Sunji 13.46%, Loofi 4.7%, Itachu 0.19%, Goju 0.031%, Bright Yagimi 0.03%, Saytamu Serious 0.005%. Board 2: Giovanni 40.37%, Booh 29.84%, Gen 20.11%, Shunro 4.17%, Kroll 3.12%, Eskano 1.83%, Mallyodas 0.44%, Gokro 0.43%, Saytamu 0.12%.

How many champions can I equip?

Four slots without gamepasses. Champions apply their auto-training boost every 4 seconds, so four strong trainers compound fast.

Is there a cheaper way to get good champions?

Yes: the quest-line champions. Kitiro, Minetu and Namo all come from finishing free questlines, and codes occasionally hand out champions outright (Broly and Dio have both been code rewards).
