Upper Moon is the highest listed class in the entire data table, rank 27, and remains unreleased. The reference is Demon Slayer's Jougen no Tsuki, Upper Moon, the top six demons in Muzan's Twelve Kizuki organisation, with Kokushibo and Akaza being the best-known on-screen examples. In the show those characters are functionally final-arc bosses, and in AFSE the rank placement at the very top of the list is consistent with that framing.
How Upper Moon fits into your progression
No telling when Upper Moon releases or what its rate will be. It's likely intentional that the highest rank pairs with the Demon Slayer franchise, since Hashira at rank 19 already covers the Demon Slayer Corps side and Upper Moon is the natural counterpart, the demon side of the same conflict. When it drops, expect the most disproportionate single rate jump in the game. That's been the dev pattern for any class that sits at the symbolic top of the list, the actual cap usually gets a rate bump that breaks the curve on purpose to give late-game players something to chase.
