Ultra Instinct is rank 26 and unreleased. The reference is unmistakably Dragon Ball Super, specifically Migatte no Goku'i, the silver-haired state Goku reaches during the Tournament of Power where the body acts faster than thought and dodges before the brain has time to process the incoming attack. The class slot in the game data shows the silver-aura colour palette you'd expect.
How Ultra Instinct fits into your progression
If the pattern of rate scaling holds, Ultra Instinct would land somewhere in the multi-quadrillion yen per minute range, far beyond anything currently in the game. The dev team may also break pattern for these top-end ranks, given that the rate curve has to mean something different once yen is already overflowing by the trillions at lower tiers.
