Saiyan is the first four-digit rank, and a lot of players remember exactly where they were when they hit it. The DBZ flavour is unmistakable. Spiked hair, gold aura, the entire Goku-coded power-up package wrapped into one cosmetic. One thousand yen per minute is 60,000 per hour and 480,000 over an AFK overnight. How Saiyan fits into your progression
Big-ticket decisions start at Saiyan. Sin and Magi each cost meaningfully more than anything before, so you have to plan instead of just earning your way through. The fastest practical path forward: AFK Saiyan during sleep, active-train during the day to push stat thresholds, and resist the temptation to dump yen into champion gacha until your class climb is locked in. Most disciplined accounts reach Magi within a few days of hitting Saiyan. The pull to start gambling on Champion Board 2 is real at this rank, especially after you've watched a guide where someone S+ tier shows off their champion. Hold off. The yen is better spent on the class climb, and Board 2's 15K Chikara rolls stop stinging once your Chikara income catches up a few ranks later.

Is Saiyan tied to a Super Saiyan transformation?▾
Not as the class itself. Transformations in AFSE come from Powers like the Saiyan power-up forms, which scale with your Strength stat.
How fast can I get from Saiyan to Magi?▾
A focused player does it in a few days. AFK overnight yen plus a couple of stat-threshold pushes during the day will cover the upgrade fee.
Should I spend yen on champions at Saiyan?▾
Probably not yet. The yen is better spent on the next class upgrade, where rates jump 10x.
