Pirate King is the unreleased rank 22 class. The reference is One Piece's Pirate King title itself, held by Gol D. Roger as the only confirmed bearer in the manga and held in aspirational form by Monkey D. Luffy throughout the series as the goal he keeps shouting at people. The class slot exists in the game data with no yen rate assigned yet. The icon and a placeholder description are visible if you dig through the menus, but the class button is greyed out.
