Otsutsuki is the current cap, the top of the progression. The reference is the Otsutsuki clan from the Naruto and Boruto sequel, those alien chakra-fruit deities like Kaguya and Isshiki who eventually turned out to be behind nearly every major plot beat of the series. Same caveat as Hakaishin one rank below: before the rebalances Otsutsuki paid a documented 450 billion per minute, but Update 3.75 halved and Update 4 quartered the neighbouring endgame rates, and no public source has re-verified the cap's rate since. Whatever the current number is, at this altitude yen is purely cosmetic and the wallet display can barely keep up.
How Otsutsuki fits into your progression
Otsutsuki is the end of the current progression and the goals shift entirely once you're here. Six more classes exist as 'unreleased' in the shop roster but they have no yen rate or unlock requirements yet. Your remaining checklist is maintenance work, max any remaining stat caps, complete every quest line including the ones you skipped earlier in the run, spend the Chikara stockpile hunting Champion Board 1's jackpot pulls, and start checking the official Discord regularly for update news. There is no faster way to make yen until the next class drops, so the rate becomes irrelevant and the experience becomes about completion.

What is Otsutsuki's yen rate?▾
It was 450B/min before the endgame rebalances; the current post-retune value isn't publicly documented — the wiki stops at Shinigami and the update logs at Hashira. If you're at the cap and can read the shop screen, you know more than the wikis do.
What do I do at Otsutsuki rank?▾
Mostly maintenance and waiting. Max stats, finish quests, and watch the patch notes for the next class release.
Will Otsutsuki always be the cap?▾
No. Six unreleased classes exist beyond it in the in-game class list. Pirate King is the most likely next release based on naming order.
