Hero is the first three-digit class. The MHA nod is obvious from the costume styling, the school-uniform-meets-caped-hero look that the manga's UA students wear. One hundred yen per minute hits 6,000 per hour, which feels like a lot until you see what Reaper does. Still, this is the rank where the game starts behaving like a game with an economy instead of a sandbox you happen to be earning pocket change inside. Quest rewards finally outpace what you'd casually drop on a single Champion Board 1 roll.

How Hero fits into your progression
Hero is the inflection point where overnight AFK starts paying off. Eight hours of sleep with the game running gets you somewhere around 48,000 yen, which covers Reaper's 25K fee nearly twice over. The catch is Reaper's stat gate: 10M in Durability, Chakra and Sword — note Sword, not Strength. If you've been ignoring the Sword stat, Hero is where that bill comes due. The smart play is not to sit at Hero rates longer than necessary. Reaper's 500/min is a 5x jump, so every overnight session you spend at Hero is yen you could have earned five times faster by upgrading first. Active questing at Hero still beats passive yen during the day, so don't fully retire to the AFK corner yet.
