"Minato" in AFSE is the champion Minetu (the Fourth Hokage parody). You unlock him by finishing a 10-quest line given by his NPC on the first floor of Headquarters. The quests are locked to a fixed order - you can't skip or reorder them - and the later ones are a serious endgame grind built around Kurama (Demon Fox) kills and Quintillion-scale stat gains.

Reward
Mission 10 awards the Minetu Champion: auto-trains 175% of your Chakra, multiplies Kurama damage and Kurama drop-chance by 1.5x, and gives +1.05x Yen/min. He's one of the best champions for Chakra builds and for farming Kurama itself.
Tips
- Equip Shunro + Light Fruit for the Demon Fox / Kurama quests - Kurama is via the pink portal on the HQ ground floor.
- Equip Itachu for the 'gain increments' stat quests.
- It's a late-game line - don't start until your stat multipliers are high, or the Quintillion/Septillion quests will stall you.
